Trying to find easy brunch recipes when you are feeding a crowd can be tough! With savory and sweet options plus drink recipes this list has it all plus ideas for how to prep or make everything ahead of time.

Choose the right recipes

Choosing the right recipes can reduce stress and increase enjoyment. I’ve found the secret to hosting a brunch is to make smart swaps to make it easier on myself. The easiest swaps are to start with store bought ingredients as a starting point. 

Some of my favorites are using canned crescent rolls, refrigerated pizza crust, or puff pastry as your base. Adding fresh ingredients make all the difference!

Reduce brunch prep stress

You can eliminate much of the day of stress by making ahead as many recipes as you can. Don’t forget to hand off some responsibility to those attending  your brunch. There’s no reason why you should be doing all the work by yourself!

Choose recipes for others to bring that are easily portable like casseroles, drinks, fruits, or baked goods like muffins or scones. Casseroles and baked goods can be easily reheated once they arrive and drinks can be poured into fancy pitchers before serving.
