These breakfast croissants are a good vegetarian option to have on hand. You can prep all the ingredients the night before, making sure to slightly under cook the eggs since they will get cooked again in the oven. Assemble them the morning of and bake.
Savory waffles are always a nice surprise on a brunch menu. I’ve found men are especially excited for savory options like this. Serve these and please the sweet lovers with blackberry waffles. Win, win!
