If you love Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips like we do, then you need to make this 3 ingredient Sriracha fry sauce that can be used for a dipping sauce or as a sauce for sandwiches or burgers.

Sriracha fry sauce is something my husband has been whipping up for a long time. He loves the extra zing the Sriracha gives the fry sauce and even my kids are coming around to the extra flavor it brings. chicken strips and sriracha fry sauce on a table You might not think Sriracha is a good addition for kids but by keeping the amount small in the beginning you can introduce it and then slowly increase the ratio over time. I’ve found kids are more afraid of the idea of spice than actual spice.

We paired up the fry sauce this time with Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips which are always a hit with my kids (and my husband and me too) because of how amazing they taste. They are seasoned perfectly and are so crispy! That little yellow label on the packaging doesn’t lie, they really are even crispier now. in store photo of location of Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips You can find the new and improved formula at your local Kroger store. Look for the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips in the frozen food aisle in the frozen chicken section. The chicken strips are made with all-white meat chicken, no artificial ingredients and are minimally processed. They are 100% natural and no antibiotics are ever used. a bag of chicken and fry sauce ingredients

How To Make Sriracha Fry Sauce:

  1. Into a small bowl, measure the mayo and the ketchup. Stir really well to combine. The mixture should be completely mixed and become a light pink color.
  2. Add the sriracha sauce and again mix thoroughly.

Now you could just mix it all together in the beginning but I like to do it in two separate steps because then you can separate out some for those who would like less spicy (or no spice) and more spicy. Mixing it up in two steps also allows you to make sure the fry sauce tastes good on its own and the ratios are right. This will depend on your taste preferences and possibly what brands you use. chicken strips on a hamburger bun

Tips and Tricks

  • Taste the sauce and add additional sriracha if you would like more heat.
  • If making this for kids, start really small. A 1/2 teaspoon may be enough if your children are new to spiciness like sriracha.
  • Use this sauce as a dipping sauce or for a spread for sandwiches or hamburgers. My husband puts it on just about everything.
