Slow Cooker Turkey Stock

Ingredients

turkey carcass
2
large onions
quartered
4
large carrots
peeled and cut into chunks
4
stalks celery
cut into chunks

Tbsp
salt
1
tsp
pepper
1
Tbsp
thyme
1
Tbsp
rosemary
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large slow cooker. Add as much water as the slow cooker can hold filling until about 1/2 inch from the inner rim.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
Strain solids from the broth and pour broth into a large (or multiple) pitchers. If desired, skim fat when broth has cooled.
Use within 3-5 days or freeze in 2 cup batches for future use.
