Ingredients

canned pumpkin

celery

radishes
greens removed and diced

butter
can substitute coconut oil or olive oil

milk
can substitute with almond milk or coconut milk

Instructions
Saute celery, onions, and radishes in butter for 5 minutes until softened and caramelized. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Cover with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Using a hand blender, blend soup until smooth. Check seasonings and adjust to taste.
Serve alongside salad and bread. Makes 6 servings.
